I recently formatted my laptop and reinstalled Windows 7 - Professional.
Amongst other tools I have on each of my computers is Windows Live Writer.
Re-installing WLW(I discovered version 14 has been released and trying to launch it, I ran into problems inserting a youtube video link.
The error (below) only happened when I tried inserting a video, via the usual video icon >> video from the web; after which I usually paste the youtube link in the Video web address box.
The error is als follows:

I searched online for a solution for a continuous 24-hours. Solutions / proposals to resolve such issues didnt help. I searched further, until I found info that let me to uninstalled Windows Live Writer, Windows Live Essentials, etc., and then downloaded a standalone version of Windows Live Writer 2011 - which has been working since.
Please if have experienced such an error(above) or you have a better solution apart from using a standalone version, kindly leave a comment.
